Tachometric rollers
Solution for protecting the conveyor belt:
The speed sensor replaces a side trough idler and the electronic unit provides an adjustable speed threshold
Speed sensor:
– A ring is used to adapt to the length of the roller.
– It provides belt speed information in the form of a variable frequency electrical pulse.
– Option: Spacer for mounting on conveyor of 1000 and 1200mm
– Option: Entretoise pour le montage sur convoyeur de 1000 et 1200mm

Self-Centring Rollers
The aim of the self-centring roller is to permanently maintain the conveyor belt centred and to correct problems that prevent proper operation.
Characteristics
It consists of a steel tube with a fixed spindle, on which a central ball joint is placed which allows angular movement of the tube.
The Self-centring roller is lagged with rubber which keeps it clean and also provides excellent adhesion to better guide the belt. The two aspects are complementary and ensure better efficiency of the system.
Available for belts with one running direction (S model) or two running directions (R model).
Can be lagged in black or white rubber (sugar plants, etc.)

Compact sealing cartridge combining efficiency and a low friction coefficient.
The OYO PLUS system includes:
- External protection by a chicane formed by the plastic deflector and the flared end of the steel cover.
- Double internal tightness formed by a nitrile seal comprising two axial lips protected by two chicanes.
Third tightness of the rear face of the seal against the steel washer used to maintain the axis.
